For new construction or extensive renovations, we will collaborate seamlessly with your architect and builder, or may engage our in-house team of elite architects and contractors to deliver a fully integrated, turnkey experience that exceeds expectations.

PROCESS

Phase 1: INITIAL CONSULTATION

Our team will meet with you in your home to discuss your vision for the space. Whether it’s new construction, remodeling an existing interior, or furnishing your home throughout, this initial meeting is essential in order for us to begin formulating your design. We think of this as the “discovery phase,” where we get to know more about you and your design goals.

PHASE 2: DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Based on our initial conversations and meetings, we will develop furniture plans, presentation boards, 3D renderings, material selections, lighting, hardware, plumbing, and appliances (if applicable), and pull together all options needed for the development of your interior design. We will meet with you regularly over the course of this phase until the final design and budget are approved.

PHASE 3: DESIGN DOCUMENTATION

In this phase, we will complete a full set of drawings that include final details of floor plans, elevations, millwork and cabinetry design and finish specifications, lighting, plumbing and appliance selections, and any other details relative to the project scope. These plans may be used by a contractor to obtain bids and any necessary building permits required for the project.

PHASE 4: DESIGN ADMINISTRATION

During the construction or remodeling process, we will visit the job site periodically to ensure that all work is being performed in conformity with the approved design. We will also provide solutions to issues that may arise during construction and create additional drawings and documentation as needed.

PHASE 5: ORDER PROCESSING AND IMPLEMENTATION

This phase runs concurrently with the Design Administration phase. Once a proposal for furnishings has been approved and the deposit received, our team will order, track, and oversee the procurement of all the items in your project. We will also provide you with a bi-monthly expediting report of your items so you will know the status of your project at all times.

PHASE 6: INSTALLATION

We will schedule and supervise the installation of your entire project from start to finish, and provide final accessorizing for a complete turn-key experience.
