CREATE CURB APPEAL AND MAXIMIZE YOUR HOME'S POTENTIAL - BEFORE AND AFTER

At Laura Roberts Interiors we love all of our projects, from new construction and full remodels, to interior furnishing and styling. Demo day is a frequent occurrence on our projects and the drastic transformations remind us why we love what we do. Each project is unique in its vision and the steps needed to get it there. We have picked out some of our favorite before and after shots from our projects showing how anything old can be made new again with a little love and Laura’s design eye.

Laura Roberts Interiors worked with the client’s architect and builder to create a second-story master suite addition for a 1950’s ranch home in Brentwood, CA. A drab exterior color scheme was replaced with a fresh new paint color with contrasting bronze windows and a new driveway, increasing the curb appeal. LRI’s own talented team of craftspeople created a custom porch and railing for privacy, which ties into the interior mid-century influences we created for the family throughout. The first-floor interior was a complete demo and remodel, including a new powder room and jack-n-jill bathroom, all designed by Laura Roberts Interiors.

In Santa Monica, CA, an outdated master bathroom with slate tiles and granite countertops underwent a complete overhaul by Laura Roberts Interiors. The transformation also included a new pocket door entrance to the master closet to create a true “en suite”. The vanity and floating shelves, along with the water closet cabinetry, were all custom-made by Laura Roberts Interiors.

This Santa Monica, CA guest bathroom was a complete demo and remodel designed and managed by Laura Roberts Interiors. An unsightly corner soffit was incorporated into a framed vanity area with overhead lighting, a back-lit mirror, and floating walnut shelves. The wall-to-wall vanity was made entirely out of poured concrete, with an integrated sink accented by unlacquered brass fittings. A new shower with concrete-looking tiles was framed by a towel niche, and a brass ceiling fixture ties everything together.

The talented team of craftspeople at Laura Roberts Interiors completely demo’d and designed an outdoor living area for our Brentwood, CA clients. The lawn was completely re-landscaped, and sleek tiles were installed to frame in the seating area.
